Subscription calls follow your billing date, not the calendar month: subscribe on October 28 and that allowance lasts until November 28, when the plan renews with a fresh one. Unused calls don't roll over. Yearly plans are billed once and grant calls on the same date each month. Call packs are one-time purchases valid for 60 days from purchase. Each successful billable request currently uses one API call unless an endpoint states otherwise.

What to expect before you subscribe or buy a call pack.
Yes. New accounts get 5 free test calls once the email address is verified. They are valid for 3 days and work on every public endpoint. There is no recurring free tier; after that, the 650-call pack is the cheapest way to keep testing.
You can choose. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically and grant API calls every month. Call packs are one-time purchases with no recurring charge.
No. Each allowance lasts a full month from the day you subscribe, not until the end of the calendar month. Subscribe on October 28 and you can use it until November 28, when the next one is granted on renewal.
They expire when your billing month ends and don't roll over. When the plan renews on the same date, a fresh allowance is granted. Call packs you bought separately keep their own 60-day validity.
You pay for 10 months and get 12. Calls are still granted one month at a time on your subscription date, for example every 28th, and unused calls expire just like on a monthly plan.
Yes. Calls always come from the batch that expires soonest, whether that is your plan allowance or a call pack. The usage page lists each batch with its expiry date.
Cancel from billing settings at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period and are not charged again.
Each successful billable request currently consumes one call unless the endpoint documentation states a different unit cost.
Requests that fail before a billable result is returned are not charged. You can inspect the final status and billable units in your usage records.
Yes. You can top up again whenever your workload grows or your balance runs low.
Yes. The packages differ by call volume, not endpoint access. Every pack can use the public API catalog.
