Best-selling bedding on Amazon this month
Sheet sets lead the category: a CGK Unlimited king set sold about 224,000 units in 30 days and Amazon Basics sheets about 147,000. Mattress protectors, toppers and bed pillows fill the rest of the top five, and the median price on the overall list is $26.60.
Where sellers based in China win
They hold 32 of the 68 places overall and most of the subcategories built on fabric and filling: 89% of the decorative pillow leaders, 87% of comforter sets and 70% of blankets. Sheets and pillowcases are the exception at 36%, where the leading CGK Unlimited and Mellanni sheet sets have 380,000 to 460,000 ratings each.
New listings
59 of the 70 new listings (under six months old) come from sellers in China, but the two biggest are from US brands: an OLIXIS cooling gel topper at about 16,300 units and a Nuzzle adjustable pillow at about 16,100 units with only 37 ratings.

Listings priced $10–20 took 32% of the units sold on this issue’s main list, more than any other price band.

Start with the subcategory tabs rather than the overall list: they show where demand sits inside bedding and which corners a single brand has locked up. When the same two or three brands fill most of a tab, a new listing needs a clear difference to win orders; when the tab is spread across many brands, buyers are choosing on price and listing quality.
Read units and ratings together. High estimated sales with few ratings means demand that reviews have not locked up yet. Then compare the "New listings" and "Sellers based in China" tabs with the overall list to see what a newer or smaller seller can realistically reach.
