Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026.
The service
Ecommerce Data API provides programmatic access to ecommerce research, analytics, and automation capabilities. API results may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable and should be independently verified before making material business decisions.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep API keys confidential, rotate compromised keys immediately, and do not share access outside the limits of your subscription.
Subscriptions and usage
Plans may include endpoint access, request quotas, rate limits, or billable units. Usage is measured by server-side records. Marketplace subscriptions may also be subject to the marketplace provider's billing and cancellation terms.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass access controls, evade quotas, probe infrastructure, resell credentials, disrupt the service, misuse another person's account, or use the APIs for unlawful activity.
Data and attribution
Public API responses use Ecommerce Data API's normalized field names. Availability of a field or endpoint may change when an underlying data capability changes. Unless expressly granted, the service does not transfer ownership of third-party trademarks, marketplace content, or other protected material.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from API downtime, delayed data, incomplete results, or decisions made from API output.
Contact and changes
We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted here. Contact details will be published before the production launch.
