Manual call pack purchase
Include the following details in your email:
- The email address registered with your account
- The call pack or expected request volume
- Your primary API use case
- When you need the credits activated
We will confirm the plan, payment method, and credit allocation by email. After payment is confirmed, an administrator will add the API calls to your account, where you can review the balance and usage records.
API integration and usage support
For request failures, unexpected credit usage, or rate-limit questions, also include:
request_id- API path
- Request time and time zone
- HTTP status code or error message
Do not send complete API keys, passwords, or other sensitive credentials by email.
